It Is Risky to Transfer Vahe Who Was Beaten up at Harsnakar Abroad

June 28,2012 17:05

The health condition of Major Vahe Avetisyan, a military doctor and the head of the ENT department violently beaten at Harsnakar, is still extremely critical. Vahe is still in coma. Lieutenant Colonel of Medical Service Hayk Antonyan, the head of the resuscitation department at Muratsan Military Hospital, told us about that during a conversation with www.aravot.am today.

The other doctors severely beaten at the restaurant – resident Garik Soghomonyan and microsurgeon Artak Bayadyan already feel well, but it was hard for Hayk Antonyan to say when they would be discharged from the hospital. In response to our question whether there was any need for transferring Vahe to any clinic abroad, Hayk Antonyan said that they did as much as they can, but transferring him is unreasonable and very risky, given his health condition.

Let us remind that on June 17, the security of Harsnakar Restaurant owned by National Assembly member Ruben Hayrapetyan violently beat up the doctors at the restaurant for entering it wearing training suits. In the framework of the criminal case opened, 6 persons have been arrested.
