Today photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan’s camera recorded on Proshyan Street, Yerevan, that Republican Party of Armenia MP Manvel Badeyan was driving his Mercedes with 22 SS 211 license plate not wearing a seat belt.
As early as two years ago, when Aravot put Gagik Shamshyan’s photo, in which one can see that the car of the same MP was parked on Tumanyan Street, on the yellow stripes provided for city transport, in the article Don’t You Get Whose Car This Is? in the issue of October 7, 2009, Manvel Badeyan got annoyed that we had photographed it, since he was one of those exceptional MPs who abided by the law and decisions of the National Assembly.
By the way, Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan has ordered traffic police officers to fine drivers whose cars are dirty.
