The Prosecutor Filed a Motion to Condemn Tigran Arakelyan to 6 Years in Prison

 The trial regarding the case of the ANC activists was adjourned till July 19. Judge G. Poghosyan sustained the motion of Stepan Voskanyan, the councilor of the accused, for time to prepare for the speech of the prosecution. Prosecutor Hakob Martirosyan considered the charges brought against Sargis Gevorgyan, Tigran Arakelyan, Artak Karapetyan and Davit Kiramijyan grounded and filed a motion to condemn Tigran Arakelyan to 6 years in prison, Artak Karapetyan to 3 years, 5 months and 15 days, putting forward, at the same time, the fact of having an underage child as mitigating circumstances. It was proposed to condemn Sargis Gevorgyan to 1 year, 10 months and 20 days in prison and Davit Kiramijyan to 2 years.
