Vahagn Hayotsyan, the deputy chairman of the PANM executive committee, said the same thing as PANM executive committee chairman Aram Manukyan in regard to the story told by Suren Sirunyan, the former chief of Vano Siradeghyan’s security, “It is an absolute lie.”
It is the story, according to which, as Suren Sirunyan says, when the Attorney General made a motion in the National Assembly that Vano Siradeghyan was arrested, Aram Manukyan, the then Deputy Minister of Culture, approached Vano Siradeghyan and asked that he either didn’t participate in the vote or voted in favor, in order to keep his office.
In regard to this, after Vahagn Hayotsyan had denied, he mentioned as a proof, “You may enter the archive of the National Assembly and see that Aram Manukyan made a very serious speech. He couldn’t have voted in favor after such a speech.”

In response to our observation that Hovhannes Ghazaryan, a former member of the PANM executive committee, assured that it was a famous incident and all members of the PANM knew about that story, Vahagn Hayotsyan said, “Hovhannes Ghazaryan was connected with the National Assembly as much as the PANM with the Football Federation of China.”
