Before many of possible candidates for the president will come back from the summer vacation, Martik Sargsyan will make a statement tomorrow. He intends to announce his candidacy for the President of the Republic of Armenia. In response to a question of www.aravot.am who had ‘prompted’ him and what resources Mr. Sargsyan had, he said, “I as the re-founder of Azdarar magazine and the commander of Artsiv-30, a suicide battalion, will be supported by a group of writers, freedom fighters and journalists. No one has prompted me and as a nonpartisan man I will use independent resources.”
