Mkhitar Alumyan who declared an indefinite hunger strike yesterday has stopped the hunger strike and is going to return to his home village, the village of Kaskhi, region of Kotayk. During a conversation with www.aravot.am, Mkhitar Alumyan said that the deputy chief of police whose name he didn’t wish to give and Valery Osipyan, the head of the patrol service, had called him and urged to go home and solve his problem legally, “They said ‘stop the hunger strike and file a petition in the court, we will stand by your side regarding everything, well, as for the fact that the journals are lost, let the court find out how Khachik Asatryan, the former head of the state interests protection department, has lost the journals.”
