“I Don’t Give a Damn for Such Justice,” Gurgen Yeghiazaryan Says

August 03,2012 16:30

“The Ministry of Justice has registered in the state register absolutely falsely. A document, which is the embodiment of falsity and in which materials on a virtual congress are presented, was considered as grounds. The Ministry of Justice has met the demands of a few puppets pleasing the government,” Gurgen Yeghiazaryan, a member of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party (SDHP) stated during a conversation with www.aravot.am. Let us remind that a statement was made on behalf of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party executive committee yesterday, which read that the long argument on who the party leader would be had eventually been resolved and the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party leader was Gevorg Perkuperkyan and “all persons who play with the party’s name, make it serve another political force as a tool are excluded for good.” Gevorg Perkuperkyan and people, who present themselves as the newly-elected executive committee, urge mass media “to be more careful, while reporting on the party’s activities and not to present people who are excluded from the SDHP as Hunchakians.”

Mr. Yeghiazaryan says that they have taken the copies of materials regarding the case from the Ministry of Justice, examined them and realized that there are a lot of made-up things there. According to him, the “falsifiers” rushed so much that they didn’t even notice that in the “documents” they presented, Lyudmila Sargsyan had already been excluded from the party once, at the so-called first congress. Then, again, they excluded, more hilariously, this time Lyudmila Harutyunyan at another congress. This and a set of similar “falsifications” give Yeghiazaryan grounds to say, “I don’t give a damn for such justice that considers documents without registrations, without signatures and with serious violations as grounds and registers its puppets.”

Yeghiazaryan adds that the case is in the court now; they appeal the actions of the Ministry of Justice, although he doesn’t trust the court that operates under the authority of that system. “We will translate these documents, spread this clownery around the world, we will send it to Ms. Clinton too, in order that she sees what democracy there is in Armenia, the democracy she praised. We will enter the European Court and will prove that these people are a bunch of puppets,” G. Yeghiazaryan says.

He also promises that the falsifiers will be held accountable, particularly, Panosyan, the head of the respective department of the Ministry of Justice, who “is given an instruction to see this case through.”

The statement made on behalf of the SDHP read also that the SDHP would fight against oligarchs from now on. In regard to this, Yeghiazaryan noted, “Most probably, a campaign against some oligarchs is being prepared, they have operated these people, compensating with a false registration.”
