Yerevan―Secretary Zaruhi Postanjyan of the Heritage Party’s parliamentary faction today put into circulation a bill of theRepublicofArmenia“On Recognition of theRepublicofMountainous Karabakh.”
By the adoption of the law, Armenia―based on the fact that theArtsakhRepublicpossesses all of the prerequisites of a sovereign state that are pursuant to the norms of international law―will de jure recognize the de facto status of Artsakh.
