Yesterday Galust Sahakyan, the RPA deputy leader, called the proposal of Levon Zurabyan, the leader of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) parliamentary group, to give cheaper cars to National Assembly groups and standing committees “the poor man’s psychology.” “His statement shows that the Republicans have a psychology of the oppressor, robber, the one who wastes and steals state and public money,” Mr. Zurabyan answered Galust Sahakyan.
Let us remind that Mr. Zurabyan offered Hovik Abrahamyan, the Speaker of the National Assembly, to give cheaper cars explaining that for a county of such modest means as ours, the cars ordered by the National Assembly are a luxury.
