“There are people who can be absolutely complaisant and they get an impulse to move or to say a word only when their owner gives them a respective order. And when the given owners, overestimating the abilities of their tools, entrust state offices to them, then the conflict between the absolute absence of intelligence and the genetic instinct of pleasing one’s masters arises. And such a conflict certainly causes a parade of the stupidest thoughts, which the given governor expressed,” Naira Zohrabyan, the secretary of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) parliamentary group, communicated her observations answering Edgar Ghazaryan, the RPA governor of Vayots Dzor.
Let us remind that during one of the campaign meetings of Sirekan Babayan, a candidate for the mayor and the incumbent mayor of Yeghegnadzor, the governor criticized the PAP, “If you cast your votes for the PAP, it will give you a garbage truck. They will tie balloons to it two days before the election, come in 30 Jeeps, stand in front of it, sing, dance, give you the garbage truck and leave,” the governor said.
