According to the information of www.aravot.am, “because of the change in organizing the work, as well as because of production necessity,” 42 employees of the Stress Center closed corporation have received notices.
According to those notices, the Stress Center workers are dismissed starting from this December.
Stress Center was a special institution, which was established after 1988 in Armenia and served those who have underwent an earthquake, as well as participants in the Artsakh war and victims of disasters.
According to the preliminary information, this institution has appeared in such a position as a result of an auction. However, it is clear that an institution working with target audiences and carrying out such a mission couldn’t be put up for auction, that is why, according to our
source, the auction and the issues regarding the workers’ employment contracts will be disputed in court in the short-run.
People who had been working for many years were stressed because of the phrase “we give you some free time to find a new job.”
It turned out that this institution had previously been under the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
