Is it correct that you promised to give agricultural loans to the residents of the region of Ararat, if you were appointed a minister? In response to a question of www.aravot.am, Sergo Karapetyan, the Minister of Agriculture, assured that it was a slander, “No, there has been no such thing.”

We inquired whether he hadn’t promised to give jobs in the ministry to intellectuals who had worked for the Rule of Law Party (RLP) before becoming a minister. In Sergo Karapetyan’s words, “It is nonsense, who says that? No such thing has happened. You don’t believe that false nonsense! I don’t make any promises while I work, I just work.”
