In response to the statement made by the Khosrov Reserve civil initiative made today that the police had accused an innocent man of poaching in Khosrov Reserve, the police explained to Aravot that accused Norik Sargsyan himself had told the police the details of the crime. He admitted that he had poached about a year before and sold the bag. Besides, during a search of Sargsyan’s residence, a double-barreled shotgun, a carbine, other hunting gear, bear oil etc. were found.
The police also informed that respective work was done to reproduce the crime scene, they tried to clarify the circumstances of the crime and the damage inflicted. The investigation continues.
