3 heifers of Khachatur Gevorgyan, a resident of the bordering village of Voskepar, region of Tavush, and a bull-calf of Martik Grigoryan, a resident of the same village, appeared on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border, on the right bank of the Voskepar River, roughly a week ago. Let us mention that in Soviet times, this place was used as the gathering place of machines and tractors of the Azerbaijani village of Ashaghi Aksipara (trans. Lower Voskepar). A few days ago one of the heifers and the bull-calf got out of the mined, dangerous zone and returned to the village and 2 heifers blown up by a mine are still alive on the mentioned territory. It is basically perceived as a neutral zone. That dangerous zone is a low-lying and isolated territory, where the grass is still green and exuberant. It has attracted the cattle.
