Vardges Gaspari’s posters during the ANC protest yesterday were somewhat changed, “edited.” Recently he has been welcoming MPs with a poster, on which the photo of Gagik Tsarukyan, the PAP leader, was among criminals and representatives of the oligarchy, outside the National Assembly entrance from Demirchyan Street. That day Vardges Gaspari told www.aravot.am that a few members of the PAP had approached him and expressed discontent that Gagik Tsarukyan was among people like Samvel Alexanyan and Arakel Movsisyan according to the poster. And yesterday his photos were taken off. Only the photos of Samvel Alexanyan, Ruben Hayrapetyan and Vardan Ayvazyan were left as “underworld leaders, criminals and oligarchs.”

Yesterday in response to our question why Gagik Tsarukyan’s photo couldn’t be seen on his posters, what the reason for that was, Vardges Gaspari explained in the following manner: “Yes. The reason is quite obvious. Levon Zurabyan urged me that there was no need for that at the moment. And I, as a member of the ANC, also his proxy, complied with his request.” In response to our observation that he was a free citizen and had a right to express his opinion, anyway, Gaspari said: “Yes, I agree, but I am also a member of the ANC.” In response to an observation that he had submitted to Levon Zurabyan, he said, “I didn’t submit, I accepted his request. I don’t think that anyone can make me submit.” We inquired whether his opinion about Gagik Tsarukyan had remained the same, nonetheless, Vardges Gasparyan said yes.
