We received a subpoena from the law court of the Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts today.
We are asked to come to the preliminary court session to be presided by Ruben Apinyan on December 24, at 10 a.m., with regard to a lawsuit against Aravot.
The court also sent its decision made on November 29, according to which the lawsuit was taken up by the court.
The petitioner is Razmik Abrahamyan, a second-degree disabled person, who was imprisoned for 9 years and has returned from prison recently. He challenges the article of this author Will Pedophile Be Put in Prison for 2 Years? published on September 26, 2003, thinking that that article violated his honor, dignity and business reputation.

Before filing a petition in the court, the petitioner reported to the Kentron police department, in order that they laid charges against this journalist. I gave a written
explanation to the detective of the Kentron police department, as well as presented the verdict, according to which the petitioner had been convicted to imprisonment. Let me note that the petitioner filed a similar lawsuit against my colleague from The Armenian Times.
