“It is not caused by anything,” Hrant Bagratyan, a former Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, said in response to a question of www.aravot.am whether his decision was caused by making public the recording of a conversation between Levon Zurabyan and Vartan Oskanian.
He wrote on his page on Facebook a short while ago that he would announce his candidacy for the upcoming presidential election and ceased his relations with the Armenian National Congress (ANC) political council.
Mr. Bagratyan didn’t wish to make further comments.
