Tigran Mukuchyan, the chairman of the Central Election Commission, claims that news that the ink vanishes don’t correspond to the reality. “Early in the morning, it was tested in all polling stations; there is no such alert for now. One can always find a substance that reacts. We have said about the ink that it is an additional factor. At least, people are not supposed to spoil their own passports. One cannot do that, because there are rational rules of using passports,” Mr. Mukuchyan told www.aravot.am.
