Yerevan—Raffi K. Hovannisian has taken part in separate meetings with US Ambassador John Heffern and later with Head of OSCE/ODIHR Observation Mission to Armenia, Ambassador Heidi Tagliavini.

 Hovannisian and the ambassadors discussed issues relevant to the new state of affairs in post-election Armenia.
