Raffi Hovhannisyan’s Emotional Response to Ter-Petrossian

The Heritage Party leader thinks that Ter-Petrossian is right

Today Raffi Hovhannisyan entered a cemetery in Spitak, along with his son, Karin, and came out rather moved, because he had visited Alvard’s grave and couldn’t help crying. Journalists asked him a question at a very inappropriate moment how he would comment on Ter-Petrossian’s words that Raffi Hovhannisyan had just talked so far; he hadn’t acted. Raffi Hovhannisyan replied: “Everything he said is correct.” In response to journalists’ surprise what he had said correct, whether it was correct that he didn’t act, he said: “I have just come down from Alvard’s grave, and if you have to ask that question, I am answering in the shadow of Alvard’s grave that the people demand. And let him think of the difference between words and deeds. I have taken my path, along with the people. He is right that this is the people’s demand.”
