As of today, one of our compatriots, Karen Shahinyan, will join Raffi Hovhannisyan who has been on a hunger strike in Freedom Square for 11 days. He will sit in Freedom Square not only being on a hunger strike, but also with his mouth sewn. He said during a conversation with www.aravot.am: “I myself have left my relatives in the city of Sochi, have come here to support Raffi. I have come for justice and my people. That man should not be on a hunger strike, but I have come to be on a hunger strike with my mouth sewn, as a sign of Raffi Hovhannisyan’s victory.” The citizen will demand a change of power with that move of his. As for what results it will yield, according to him, if there are many citizens like him who will sew their mouths and will sit in Freedom Square, there will be a result, a change. In response to our question whether that move was not radical, he assured: “A radical move? I will fight to the finish.”
