Hovik Abrahamyan, the National Assembly Speaker, talked about the Yerevan City Council Election during a conversation with journalists after the RPA executive body meeting yesterday, stating that the city council election campaign headquarters was managed by Eduard Sharmazanov, the RPA press secretary.
