Armenia’s National Security Service has summoned Civilitas Foundation founder and member of Parliament Vartan Oskanian, at a date and time of mutual convenience, for questioning regarding the pending criminal ase.
Mr. Oskanian has been called in order to be briefed about the decision to carry out a forensic accounting study regarding the purchase of fuel, car wash usage and salaries related to automobiles not belonging to or under lease to the Civilitas Foundation.
On January 29, Civilitas drivers were also called to the National Security Service for questioning. In February, the National Security Service conducted a check to determine whether cars not belonging to or under lease to the Civilitas Foundation use natural gas as fuel, and to ascertain those automobiles’ odometers.
