www.aravot.am tried to clear up from Taron Margaryan who is at the top of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) list for the Yerevan City Council election after the meeting with the voters in the Kentron administrative district today whether information circulating in the mass media that concerned his undeclared property corresponded to the reality. Let us note that the property declared by the Republican candidate was quite impressive too. We wanted to find out how he had managed to collect such wealth at such a young age, particularly given the fact that he hadn’t been engaged in business, he had been the head of the Avan administrative district, then a deputy mayor, then had assumed the office of the mayor of Yerevan. Mr. Margaryan didn’t even wish to listen to the questions. He said that he had come to meet with the residents and urged the journalists not to impede his meeting with the residents and address the urgent questions to the campaign headquarters in writing. Let us remind that Taron Margaryan avoided communicating with journalists for the nth time.
