Raffi Hovhannisyan is making a tour of the regions these days again and is organizing discussions to establish organizing committees of new Armenia. As he stated at the last meeting in Ani Plaza Hotel, it would be more appropriate to hold the regional meetings not on streets in the form of rallies, but in halls, because there had to be a discussion, Q&A, holding which on the street was not comfortable. However, they just don’t provide Raffi Hovhannisyan with halls in different regions. Furthermore, people who own large premises are warned that they will have problems, if they open their doors to him. Problems with halls occurred in Martuni, Gavar, Nor Hachn, Abovyan, Ijevan, and Talin for this or that reason. For example, in Talin, members of Raffi Hovhannisyan’s team met with the deputy mayor to ask to provide them with a hall for a short time, but taking into account that Raffi Hovhannisyan had already reached Talin, the mayor refused, explaining that he hadn’t applied on time, that Armen Martirosyan who was not an MP had made the application. Hovsep Khurshudyan told www.aravot.am that besides Armen Martirosyan, there had also been their MPs there at that time; therefore, the mayor’s argument was not grounded. Let us
mention that the supporters who opened their doors to Raffi Hovhannisyan to organize his discussion have been faced with problems. They have received threats and warnings.
