At the request of resigning the Governor of Syunik Marz Surik Khachatryan and initiating a criminal case against him, today a group of citizens provided an action of protest in front of the Government building. On the way to protesting they learned about the Government’s approval on the Governor’s resignation. Activist David Sanasaryan said, – “Now they say that we have resigned him, what else do you want, he is not to blame, his son is a criminal or the bodyguard. But we say, no, that person created the situation. Like Nemets created, so is Liska. He had delegated so much power, specifically to his environment, that they can shoot people, beat people, slap in the face: Did Avetis Boudaghyan just come and attack his house. The man was humiliated that had come to claim a response.”
He considers the message of the Governor’s Office issued yesterday a violation of the Law, which tells about recorded video of the shots in Goris. Today the activists are going to release a program on the crime concerning the message of the Governor’s Office. A woman from the activists was amazed at what 19-year-old son of the Governor of Syunik Marz was doing at home. “He was supposed to be in the army at that time. If he is Liska’s son, the authorities should be treated with sympathy?”
