Considering that this is a nonsense, I do not register any enterprise in the offshore zone and have not given authority to anyone to register an enterprise in any offshore zone. It is clear that this story has a completely different purpose. Everybody clearly understands that money laundering is not done in this way, such weird businesses are not done in this way. The goal is clear, if you want to discredit someone, this is a real step, manner and possibility”, – said the Prime Minister, reminding that he has acted by the law, and the issue in the domain of the law enforcement. He, of course, did not forget to blame the media for spreading abuses and nonsense to his address for 20 years continuously. “I am glad that I am the target today and in the future I’ll be ready to be the target of such accusations, and will be prepared to submit sufficient evidence, if we are dealing with defamation or different type of political speculations. “This is assumed by a democratic society, and it is inevitable”, The Prime Minister of Armenia attracted our attention with his exclusive manifestation of self-sacrifice and self-blame – “Let it be no victim, except for me”. The explanations made by Tigran Sargsyan are a kind of heart-eating, especially the last quotation. One can even get excited when reading it. It even arouses a desire to immediately protect the Prime Minister from the media who day and night devotes his life for the nation, whose sole purpose is to discredit him. But it turns out to be a kind of romantic, how it happens that the Prime Minister is always fair, all charges against him are slander, false and are solely aimed to discredit him. The topic is about the stories related to Chairman of Democratic Liberal Party of Armenia (ADLP) Harutyun Arakelyan and “Nairit”, although the Prime Minister among the ‘slanders’ made to his address mentioned about this as well. Arakelyan thanked and attacked with six more ‘open faxes’ against the Prime Minister. The law enforcement officers grew dumb and are silent until now. You will ask – So what? … Where is the case? I will answer: in regional young investigator’s drawer, and against Harutyun Arakelyan, it is exactly the scenario of the fictitious case against Vardan Oskanyan. In other words, as if, Harutyun Arakelyan has caused damage of $ 2000 to ADLP, about which a criminal case was filed based on anonymous complain printed with the spirit of 1937 in “Azg” daily, and again everyone was a witness and there was no defendant… As a result, Harutyun Arakelian left Armenia, rescuing his friends to haul senselessly at prosecutorial, police and judicial doors, and ADLP disappeared in Armenia, but the large-scale pillage at “Nairit” implemented by the laws of sacred plunder along with its questions was suspended, – says our interlocutor. Let’s remind you that, according to revelation of Harutyun Arakelyan’s “open faxes”, the offshore companies were enjoying the Prime Minister’s support, of which Rhinoville Property Limited registered in British Virginia Island was the major one, whose pillage was estimated hundreds of millions of dollars, and the other one was NUMARD TRADING LTD offshore company registered in Seychelles Islands of Indian Ocean, which received a gift from a Persian company ESMAEIL MOTAVALLI SOUFIANI TRAIDING on December 24, 2008 in the form of the right to artificial financial claim to “Nairit-2” plant. The purpose of this is the artificial formation of the debt of 4.2 billion Armenian drams to “Nairit-2″ CJSC with the help of a judicial sleight of hand, due to which the Prime Minister was going to make 40% of the state-owned Armenian-Chinese “Nairit-Chance” joint venture his property, and his own brothers were to help him in everything: one of them as a deputy director of “Nairit” plant, and the other one as an Ambassador of Armenia in China.” Both hold the office in save and sound till now,” – says our interlocutor.
