The RA MFA should send a note to the Moldovan Ombudsman, as well as our Ombudsman should definitely react. This is a phenomenon that violates any correctness and level of propriety. Instead of talking about the problems of her own country, the Moldovan lawyer has become an openly lobbyist and counsel of the third country. We should not keep silent”, – so answered the secretary of PAP party, a member of PACE Armenia delegation Naira Zahrabyan to the question of Aravot.am whether the infamous speech made yesterday by the Moldovan Parliamentary lawyer at the RA National Assembly was the result of some gaps in the foreign policy of Armenia, or permissiveness of international community.
Referring to the issues of our foreign policy, Ms. Zohrabyan said,- “I would like to raise the significance of Azerbaijani lobbyists and try to move the the problem to the field of foreign policy gaps. Azerbaijan is capable to buy European parliamentarians, law experts in bunch and blocks with the help of its petrodollars, who are involved in Azerbaijani lobbying on the international platforms. The same graceful situation is in PACE and in different international structures. And when we sound an alarm that our foreign policy must not only respond, but be a little more proactive in the field of warfare propaganda, it appears that there is money for everything, but we should not let us go down to their level to resolve the issue. We can not and it’s not worthy for us to pursue our foreign policy interests with a bribe, but there are mechanisms that we must use.
Recently Azerbaijan has not been engaged in its own lobbying. Azerbaijani MPs are sitting quietly, and, instead, their interests are defended by the EU member country delegates giving their breast more than of their own country.” Ms. Zurabyan noted that in Bundestag, German, the issue of MPs of Germany was examined, to whom Azerbaijan had given bribes. Azerbaijan takes the first class for Bundestag well-known deputies. According to N. Zohrabyan, the Azerbaijan’s oily hand has reached to Obama’s ruling regime, three high-
ranking officials have been corrupted by Azerbaijan and each of them received honorarium of fifty thousand dollars for participation in Energy Conference held in Baku. N. Zohrabyan urged the PACE to organize urgent hearings and to impose sanctions against PACE members, whose names are mentioned in the scandal of international caviar. RPA MP Karine Achemyan also believes that the speech of Moldovan’s lawyer has been ordered.

In an interview with Aravot.am, he explained,- “The text of the speech was alike all the speeches, which are articulated by Azerbaijani MPs and authorities in all international structures. It’s clear that the speech of the Moldovan lawyer was the result of Azerbaijan lobbying. They are working in all directions, and the people who can be corrupted, are corrupted.
