On Friday, after the action of protest in front to the house of the Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan, for two days continuously unknown young people dislodged the activist Vardges Gasparun with tomatoes and eggs.
Mr. Gaspari told Aravot.am that on Saturday, at 11 o’clock in the morning, several young people approached his apartment on the first floor of the building on Demirchyan Street started to hit the windows of their apartment with tomatoes. “When my wife and I came out these young people threw the tomatoes to our direction and ran away.”
After this case, Mr. Gaspari submitted a statement to the Police Office, and the police officers came and took statements of explanations from the neighbors, too. “The neighbors have told that they are very indignant, because their little children were playing in the yard, and they fear for their children. This complaint of the neighbors probably reached to those who threw tomatoes through the police officers. Right the next day, on Sunday, young people aged up to 25 hit me with eggs and tomatoes already on the street when I was going out to do shopping with my child. When I approached them, they fled. One more explanation that this is an affair organized by the police. ”
