Today, a reception was held in Charles Aznavour Museum for the guests of the “Golden Apricot” International Film Festival. “Maestro invites,”- announced at the entrance Harout Khachatryan, the film producer and the President-Founder of the “Golden Apricot”.

Then the famous chansonnier came in, walked by the floors, enjoyed Gevorg Dabaghyan’s duduk, kamanchah (national musical instrument) of Hakob Khalatyan who had entered into the image of Sayat-Nova. “Maestro, have you ever tried to play on duduk?”- asked Gevorg Dabaghyan. “I had played, but my cheeks were not so swollen,”- answered the prominent Armenian-born with naiveté of a child. The actress Arsine Khanjyan was excited about the sounds of the national instruments, her eyes were filled with tears. At the end of the actress said,- “Thus we will be headed to Mount Ararat with kamanchah.” Among the many guests, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Edvard Nalbandyan, French Ambassador to Armenia Henri Reynaud, the Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan, the author of the house-museum project Narek Sargsyan and others were present at the reception.
