The Parliamentary Advocate of Moldova was returned from the border

On July 9, Moldovan Parliamentary Advocate Aurelia Grigoriu, at a press conference, said that Gagik Harutyunyan, the President of the Constitutional Court, apologized for the problems occurred with her departure, and that the text of her speech delivered at the European Conference of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe chaired by RA President was concurred with the organizers.

We asked one of the organizers Arushan Hakobyan (in the photo), the Chief of Staff of the Constitutional Court how he assesses the statements of the lady.

He said, “It is not only false, but I do not know what word to choose that is more rough word than a lie. I have spoken about this by Moldovan mass media.”

Mr. Arushan Hakobyan presented a few details. It turned out that the staff of the Constitutional Court suggested to the participants of the conference, who were 23 of them, to go to the airport by bus. The lady has said,- “Who invited, let them come and take us there.”

The invitees were 84, who were staying at the “Ani” hotel.

Our organizers have said that they would bring up the police to escort to the airport. Moldovan Advocate, according to Arushan Hagobyan, have said,- “I don’t know, I’m not sure where they will take us to.”

The lady refused and stayed at the hotel.

The Chief of Staff of the Constitutional Court, personally, went to the hotel, before that talking to Foreign Affair’s structures.

But before negotiations took place, for which Arushan Hakobyan came, the representative Romanian Embassy, the representative of the Embassy of Georgia go to the hotel by car, and take the lady with them. They will send the lady through Georgia.

They show their ID to our safety employees. “We got connected with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan, with our FA partners in Georgia, and I got hold of the Georgians, who was accompanied the lady. They had passed twenty-five kilometers from the border. We brought the lady back to our airport, because there were five flights to send the lady from here.”- says A. Hakobyan.

She did not want to fly to Moscow, and the Georgian companion was constantly beside her.

To the point, on that day, the fourth session was to be chaired by the Human Rights Defender Karen Andreassyan, who, justifying that he has no experience, took unawares to the organizers.
