Our fellow citizens Smbat Karakhanyann and Arbak Khachatryan live in Moscow, who in many respects might have been different, but similar in the fact that sometimes report interesting information about our government and the oligarchs. I tend to believe the information subjectively, everything is expected of them, but it is very difficult to get approval to these compromising documents, but aforesaid people do not submit them. To be honest, these figures leave the impression of semi-KGBists, semi-businessmen, and semi-lobbyist on me. However, they create a mysterious veil around them, they open the door of Putin’s office with almost a foot, they may take any Armenian figure to the President of RF, and all three of them discuss the future of our country, including the question of whom Putin will appoint as a President of Armenia.
I do not know, maybe these guys are really so influential and know so much, but if they are really concerned about the current, to put it mildly, not very brilliant condition of Armenia, then I think they should slightly weaken the confidential-spying style, and say some things in a direct text, thus providing a great service to the motherland.
In particular, the independent human rights defender Arbak Khachatryan, in a conversation with “Aravot”, said that the Armenia’s authorities have stolen a lot of, amass great riches and are keeping them in foreign banks. But, it, simply to say, is not an exclusive information, we know it without Arbak. Ay, if he had said, who is stealing how, and in what banks they are keeping the money, it would be a great contribution to the healing process. (currently, we know only about the Cypriot offshore, and it is due to the ability of our colleagues of “Hetq”). For example, it is said that the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan has about 4 billion dollars. Do our compatriots with extensive contacts know how he get the money and what are these assets? If they know, let them say, playing reticence here is detrimental.
…..Years ago I had an acquaintance, well, I think, he is current or a former “KGBist” (let’s put the name of Paul). He liked to do interviews with himself and then present it as an interview of “Aravot” with him. Approximately as follows: “Aravot” asked Paul, – Paul was writing about himself,- Did Obama reach the Caspian Sea on a secret submarine, and held a meeting with Aliyev? Paul, – wrote Paul, – neither denied nor confirmed the news.”
