The entire ability of the authorities will be as such that they treat such movements with respect, to go for a compromise, and not to kill an extra man. Yes, killing a man, they are always ready, but the authority is not for killing a man, it is for serving a man, to help a man, to give a chance to live, and not to get into the pocket for the last penny and robbing, or inciting the police against the public. He made it wrong. I can not say what he meant, I want to understand, but not matter from what angle I analyze, he is wrong,”- said Mrs. Bakhshyan.
