“I do not think that it’s beneficial for our economy to enter into the Customs Union. The issue is not only the import of European cars, suppose the medical equipment, which is not produced in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Belarus. Many problems arise,”- such opinion was expressed by NA MP Edmon Marukyan, in the interview with Aravot.am. He said,- “The NGO sector has the opportunities to hire experts and experts database, a research should be conducted to understand pluses and minuses from economical view, and in all respects.” The reasoning brought up by the authorities that we did not have alternative regarding the security, and accordingly we must enter into the Customs Union, according to Edmon Marukyan, this issue should also be studied. “We are a CSTO member, and before entering into the Customs Union we were still a CSTO member.”
