On September 14, after the meeting in Georgian village Tekali, we asked the Azerbaijani famous political scientist Zardusht Alizadeh about the outcome of the presidential elections to be held in Azerbaijan in October. Alizadeh answered in humor,- “Do not worry, the Azerbaijani people will consider Serzh Sargsyan’s wish that Ilham Aliyev maintains the post.”
