On September 27, public hearings were held in the Georgian Azeri residents’ village Tekali, in which they discussed the problems of security in the South Caucasus, the report of the Public Council for the defense of Allahverdi Pelengov, ethnic Azerbaijani resident of Burma village, Georgia, charged for violating the state border with Armenia, was heard. Numerous journalists from three South Caucasus countries came to cover the meeting in Tekali. One of the journalists had given his small camera to a little local guy who was video recording the event. The boy was in a khaki color military uniform, with shoulder straps of false stars. The picture was complementing the chicken, quietly scratching next to the boy.
