On October 5, at 19:55 pm, member of the Armenian delegation in PACE, MP of the “Heritage” faction Zaruhi Postanjyan will arrive in Yerevan on board of Paris-Yerevan flight.
In the Facebook, an issue is actively discussed of how to meet Zaruhi Postanjyan, with protest actions, or with bouquets as a sign of support.
The director of HCA Vanadzor office Artur Sakunts called the RA police service to ensure the security of MP Zaruhi Postanjyan and her friends.
Aravot.am inquired from MP Republican faction, Chairman of the RPA Youth organization Karen Avagyan whether there will be a protest at the airport, tomorrow, as it was once again made during the arrival of Shavarsh Kocharyan and Artashes Geghamyan returning from PACE. Mr. Avagyan replied, “To be honest, we do not intend to go for any such action, because we will not find some sort of action, which will more discredit Zaruhi Postanjyan than her deed. Let them be quiet, we will never fall down so low, at that level.”

We inquired whether they are not going to throw coins, eggs, or tomatoes onto Zaruhi Postanjyan, especially when human rights defender Artur Sakunts has already raised the issue of Zaruhi Postanjyan’s security. Karen Avagyan replied, “Let people like Sakunts sleep in peace. Zaruhi Postanjyan does not even deserve coins, tomatoes and eggs; they can be applied in a better place.”
