But, if all of a sudden one of our police officers finds a little bit long knife in the pocket of a boy, a criminal case was initiated immediately. No one denied, the investigation proved that they have used illegal weapons. They just say that it is used for defense purpose, but no matter that you have applied for defense, according to the law, if you do not exceed the limits of the defense, you are just released from responsibility. But if you have used an illegal weapon, there should be a responsibility for it, shouldn’t it?
