The majority of activists were apprehended yesterday at the rally against the Customs Union are going to litigate the charges brought against them at the court. “We are going to litigate their yesterday’s statements that the rally was illegal, many will litigate the actions of the police to apprehend. To remind that according to police reports, a punishment was administered to 109 activists out of 110 detained yesterday. An administrative violation protocol was compiled to 43 of them, pursuant to RA Code on Administrative Offenses, Article 182 for misconduct, 62 of them were brought to administrative responsibility pursuant to Article 1801, clause 15, one of them was charged by Article 182 and Article 1801, clause 11, and 3 of them were charged by Article 1722 for misconduct.
