As promised, after the misinformation appeared in the web about Susi Kentikyan, WBA world champion, we had an exclusive conversation with her․
– Susi, congratulations with another victory in the ring, which made your thousands of fans happy once again.
– Thank you. However, I see that not everyone in Armenia is happy with my victories. I read a slander about me in the web, I am very upset with it, and I am out of my mind. I do not understand the person, who decided to infringe my dignity with foul methods stating allegedly I am living with Chechen and have exercised their religion. What is their goal? He obviously was aware of one thing: his act was classical example of defamation. That was the reason that he feared to put his real name under that libel. However, I want this little man know that I am not going to leave this unanswered. Now we, with my relatives and friends, are in the process of hiring a lawyer to disclose him and sue. He has to answer for infringing my dignity. After my victory, I wanted to visit Armenia and celebrate the New Year and Christmas with my dear ones. But, I am so upset that I changed my mind. Well, when I find this scoundrel, and there are already people dealing with it, I will definitely come to Armenia. In Germany, I have many friends belonging to different nationalities and faith, with whom we are socialize on daily base. I love them, and they love me. So what? Would they write that I am married to all of them? There are also Turks in our promotion company, who support me when someone tries to offend me.
– Since the topic of your marriage is touched, tell your fans, do you have a boyfriend?
– Firstly, if I were married, my Yerevan-resident relatives would have definitely participated, and it would be known in Armenia. Now, I don’t even have time to think about marriage. I am fully engaged in my sport career, I have contract commitments, which I cannot fail performing. Certainly, I want to get married. Is there a girl that does not want to get married? But, everything has its time. When it comes to getting married, everybody will know about it. Of course, I would like my future husband to be an Armenian. But, if I fall in love with a foreigner, he will be definitely a Christian. Most importantly, I need to have the feelings, to love him and be loved. I am truly very upset. I would have never thought that I would be treated like that, would be almost presented as a traitor. And, this is in the case, when living in Germany, I want to somehow be useful for Armenians in Armenia. Perhaps, not many people know that, with the help of my German friends and supporters, there is a project of establishing an orchard in Armenia. My goal is to somehow solve environmental problems, to create job openings, receive salaries, and care for their families by selling the harvest. And, eventually, to get such a libel.”
