Last week, the National Assembly began the debates on fisheries problems: the arguments of the RA Minister of Nature Protection, Aram Harutyunyan, seems to me, were quite reasonable, and, ultimately, met the approval by the majority of participants. However, the matter was not about the essence of the problem rather than the behavior of the Minister, of which the MPs were truly complaining.
Aram Harutyunyan ventures not only to talk with MPs from “above”. When the journalists asked him a question, he also takes the look of a “tired teacher”, and with his whole stance shows, “Even though you have bored me with your ignorance, however, I still would try to go down to your level and once again to repeat the elementary truths that you do not know.” Maybe, we deal with an intelligent giant, with such an an unrivaled profession in the field of environmental protection, which leaving his academic studies back, has hardly agreed to take his office of the Minister.
But, Aram Harutyunyan’s biography, seems, does not drop a hint at it: before becoming an MP in 1999, he was engaged in agricultural business, in 2004, he was the Minister of Urban Development by the Rule of Law quota. However, he was not, probable, heartedly dedicated to this party, because as soon as the party became opposition in 2007, Harutyunyan immediately continued his ministerial career in the environmental field. The man is a minister by profession: tomorrow, should it be necessary, he will become the finance minister, and, with the same wiseacre look, would explain the MPs and the journalists the problems of the culture and finances.
The more a person knows, the more he wants to learn, the less he is proud of his knowledge and ready to transfer this knowledge to all comers with all sincerity, joy, and, I would even say, humility. That is the culture; this is how both the transmitters and the receivers are developing.

And, when a man is surprised at his position, post and quantity of his money, then, in principle, he is not capable to do something useful. Perhaps, just to sit bloated at the boring sittings of “customs party-economic actives”.
