“I have taken all the steps and I will go to the end until I get my properties back from the state, the government, and the bank”,- such expression was made by Paylak Hayrapetyan, a businessman driven to the verge of bankruptcy, in the conversation with Aravot.am. Note that the businessman has sued the government at the Administrative Court of Armenia. Mr. Hayrapetyan said that his cup of patience is filled, and he will go on to the end. Then, he stressed, “The government must give my property back, whereas, it has washed its hands, is standing aside in the case when my money has gone to the offshore zone, Sargsyan, Kchoyan and Ashot are registered there, then the money come back to Yerevan, they have taken it out of the bank, and have gone to buy gold.” Mr. Hayrapetyan annoyingly said that if “a man steals ten rubles, he is sent to jail for ten years, now they have stolen ten million and have bought gold, where they have gone, no one knows.”

Paylak Hayrapetyan notes that “if his properties are not returned, he is going to disparage everywhere in the world.” To our clarifying question of saying the government whom he means, Mr. Hayrapetyan answered, “By saying the Government, I mean the Prime Minister, Minister, “Ameria bank” manager and his deputy, because they have developed a fictional business plan, the amount is released and the Central Bank has not followed where the money has gone.” There is information that the group of investigators leaving for Cyprus from Armenia regarding the offshore issue has returned to Armenia. We asked Paylak Hayrapetyan what news does he have, what the investigators have detected. He replied, “I was called to see the investigator and told that they have submitted the signature for inspection. I have no other information.” In conclusion, Mr. Hayrapetyan said, “My assessment is that the government should come to its senses and pass to a normal working, as it is no longer possible to work like this.”
