Nose injured activist details, “The policeman on the cuff.”

Shortly before, two participants, Anton Ivchenko and Vardges Gaspari, that were apprehended from in front of the National Assembly, were released from the Arabkir Police Department. Anton Ivchenko told Aravot.am that he is in a good health, his nose hurts, but was not broken. “Nothing serious, a slight headache, I will definitely see the doctor tomorrow. The policeman has hit his nose. I have verbally informed about it, but I have not yet submitted written explanations. I still have not decided whether to present a complaint against the police officer hitting me, or not.” Anton Levchenko also said that the police is bringing charges against him by Article 182 of the RA Administrative Code for failing to execute the legal claim of the police. As Anton said, when the police send the decision on administrative penalty to the court, he will definitely appeal. He assures that the police had not filed a claim to him, they only pushed him and used force against the activists. To support apprehended activists, dozens of activists were gathered in front of the Police building. One of them, Daniel Ioannisyan, said that the police were very aggressive and were demonstrating their bad attitude right from the very gates. He also said that taking advantage of this opportunity, he tried to enter the police station and write down an application for tearing of the posters of presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian, still on April. However, he was allowed only after his calling to the Police General Department. Daniel also told us that Vardges Gaspari was apprehended for calling the policeman a hooligan.
