Today, Aravot.am asked a young Turkish guy in the Freedom Square why he had asked political questions to the demonstrators. “Armenia has no problems with other countries, like with Azerbaijan and Turkey, and I wanted to know what is going on here? Watching the news on television, we see some exciting events and even though we are neighboring countries no Turk knows what’s going on here.” Today, the young Turkish guy was curious to learn from the demonstrators about what problems are there in Armenia, what the Armenians are not happy with, why people are complaining about the government, against what they are holding a protest, and why the demonstrators are considering Serzh Sargsyan illegitimate.
