Azerbaijani armed forces, since the morning of March 19 until the evening, shot the defensive positions and the village of Chinari, Berd region, Tavush Marz. Chinari village mayor Samvel Saghoyan said that the walls and roofs of the houses were damaged. The village kindergarten roof was shot by a large caliber cannon-shot. The mayor said, “The kindergarten is 800 meters away from the border, 27 children are attending the kindergarten. During the firing, the children were on the ground floor of the building.” S. Saghoyan said that despite the shots, the village is running an ordinary life. On March 20, there were no shots in the direction of Chinari village. The Aygepar village mayor, Andranik Aydinyan said that a few days ago Azerbaijani troops opened fire on the village, the bullets hit the support walls of the road, there are no damages.
