As informed by iLur.am, the ANC faction leader Levon Zurabyan had sent a response letter to Hovik Abrahamyan with a rejection indicating that for the solution of the said problem, they with the forces of the Quartet had already elaborated a bill, which had already received the approval by “I am against” movement, hence, they will be working on bringing this bill into action. Levon Zurabyan had also emphasized that the ANC faction is not going to share the political responsibility for any resolution passed by these authorities, or its preparation. In this regard, Aravot.am was informed by the “Heritage” faction MP Tevan Poghosyan that they have accepted the Prime Minister’s suggestion. Tevan Poghosyan will be involved their rep in the government’s working group. “We had nominated my candidacy, the rest will show up. When the meetings are scheduled, we will go, talk, and see how we will work. We will present our views and our requirements, and then everything will be obvious. We have not refused Hovik Abrahamyan, and we will try to work together with our Dashnaktsutyun partners.” We were also interested to know whether the Heritage does not have fears like the ANC that with this step you share the responsibility with the current authorities, he responded, “We are not responsible for any of their decision. There were numerous laws in which we all participated, discussed, voted, made our proposals, including participation in gas committees. They take on the responsibility. Here, you are just trying to have your voice heard and are fighting for it. Participation does not mean to avoid fighting. Fighting is more important, mostly we must solve a lot of issues with it.” As a reason for the rejection, Levon Zurabyan stated that together with the Quartet they are working on a new draft. As per Tevan Poghosyan, one does not interfere the other: to be involved in the government’s working groups and elaborate a draft. “What is the problem, I cannot understand? We will try here and there. Our bill will always be an alternative. One had nothing to do with the other. We will enter into the working group with this bill. To avoid fighting I consider wrong.” The ARF faction secretary Aghvan Vardanyan, in the conversation with us, told that they have also accept Hovik Abrahamyan’s suggestion and nominated candidacy of three representatives, one of which is Artsvik Minasyan.
