After Hovik Abrahamyan’s appointment as Prime Minister of Armenia, the opposition forces, including the alternative PAP party, appeared in extremely complex situation. The coalition Rule of Law party appeared in entirely new situation. ARF has also appeared in a new situation, and life will show what options of self-determination and self-expression the Federation will choose in the near future and in the future. The behavior of the “Heritage” party will relatively remain unchanged because “Heritage” was neither particularly hostile, nor particularly friendly to the former prime minister, and Raffi Hovannisian, apparently, will continue saying and state that the problems of “Heritage” are not associated with the individuals. The ANC has also a chance to maintain its handwriting and style of play, and despite ANC was one of the supporters of dethroning the former Prime Minister, and although, apparently, will treat the personality of the new prime minister and his activities politically, however, the ANC has the ability to maintain its role and position in the opposition front by continuing to demand Serzh Sargsyan’s resignation, in person. Probably you noticed that ruminating over the relations between the new prime minister and the opposition, we first and primarily have the parliamentary opposition in mind, because, regardless of how much we say and repeat that the parliamentary elections in Armenia are rigged and the seats are being sold, those speaking and thinking like this also treat the parliamentary parties more serious than extra-parliamentary parties. And especially the parliamentary opposition think of themselves privileged, and the formulation of “magnificent four” was not accidental, but, nevertheless, the new prime minister will establish relationship not only with the “magnificent four”, but with the extra-parliamentary opposition, and above all, the civil youth, and the new prime minister’s first contacts come to prove it. And these first contacts also suggest that despite the new prime minister significantly concedes his predecessor by education, he significantly exceeds his predecessor by knowledge of life and human interactions. And, if his predecessor, only after his resignation, decided to get in touch with civil activists and the disobedient, the new prime minister from the very first days of his tenure has started working on it. And this comes to prove that often the life experience and knowledge in politics are more important than the education and theoretical knowledge, and particularly in Armenia, personal relationships in politics are as important as in other areas. In the sense of life experience and personal relationships, we believe that the NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan will not have serious problems with the opposition, too, and in spite of the latter’s inappropriate and often low level humor can cause unpleasantness to the opposition, nevertheless, these unpleasantness will provide desired scenes for the authorities. But let’s get back to Hovik Abrahamyan, because these two political characters no matter are alike, they are significantly different from each other by their personal relationship, first of all, with the opposition. Not matter we avoid the recurrence of the topic on Prime Minister’s and the leader of PAP party’s in-law relationships, avoiding the recurrence would be more difficult. Moreover, it would be difficult not only for me, but for everyone else, the oppositions, officials, oligarchs, journalists and other observers. Therefore, by always leaving this topic open, we will cease to develop this topic, and going further to it, because everything is clear without words. More importantly are the personal relationships between the opposition and PAP, government and PAP, oligarchs and PAP, everyone and PAP, everyone and personally Hovik Abrahamyan, which will come the next.
