One of the reasons for Tigran Sargsyan’s resignation was that the former prime minister was unable to find something in common with the opposition, particularly with the parliamentary opposition. And despite the PAP from the members of “magnificent four” was not opposition but an alternative, the same PAP with regard to Tigran Sargsyan was more than opposition. We assume that the former NA Speaker and current prime minister has done everything for Tigran Sargsyan to fails finding common ground with parliamentary opposition, more precisely, the parliamentary opposition with Tigran Sargsyan. In this respect, of course, personally Tsarukyan and personally Robert Kocharyan would have made some effort, however, we think that the current prime minister’s role in that matter, in terms of output, had been more significant, especially since the current prime minister is not a fighter on the front, but, on the contrary, backstage, I would say, under backstage. And though he seems to be a very simple person at first glance, however, it is very difficult to guess from his behavior and speeches about specifically whom Hovik Abrahamyan is hostile, and though we believe that his role in Tigran Sargsyan’s resignation had been extremely significant, however, we do not recall a case when Hovik Anrahamyan has had an upfront and very negative speech against Tigran Sargsyan, unlike Robert Kocharyan, as well as many others from the opposition and alternative. In other words, Hovik Abrahamyan almost never comes out of his wits. In other words, Hovik Abrahamyan is unlikely to provoke. And if he is ever upset and angry, he mostly shows that he is upset and angry. And even in these cases, his anger does not a specific addressee, and if it has, it is too hard to guess who the addressee is. He speaks quietly, he does not make unsubstantiated statements, and despite his obvious statement made in enthusiasm on the day of his election as NA Speaker that the truth gets sick but never dies, – even then we we could assume who was the addressee of his this kind of extremely original vital philosophy.
In short, he almost has no enemies, and if so, he does not show that he has, and if so, it is not necessarily to be from opposition, because he seems to be secondary to him whether the person in front of him is an opposition or pro-government. And this is also the reason why he has no serious problems with the opposition, and we believe it is unlikely to happen in the future. And it is mutual. In other words, the opposition also does not serious problems with Hovik Abrahamyan, and would hardly have in the future. And though the “magnificent four” applauded his becoming a prime minister with joy, however, it did its utmost for Hovik Abrahamyan to become a prime minister in reality. We believe that Galust Sahakyan, too, has no serious problems with the opposition, and if some problems occur from time to time, he personally causes these problems to make the government appear more committed. Sometimes, he also being in the wrong box because of his inappropriate and unnecessary humor, causes quite unnecessary and irrelevant problems. In any case, Galust Sahakyan is entirely a different topic.
As for Hovik Abrahamyan, he rarely does humor. We are not of the opinion that he does not make humor, or has no sense of humor. A person with such life experience would hardly have no sense of humor and make humor. Simply, he is just not so fascinated with his humor to cause problems for him by showing them. At the moment, the relationships of political forces in Armenia’s political field are as complicated, as they are simple, sometimes, too simple. It is more than clear that at this moment, Hocik Abrahamyan’s being an opposition also means being opposition to PAP and personally Gagik Tsarukyan. To some extent, this also means that the current prime minister is somehow insured from the ANC’s and Kocharyan’s unexpected blows, therefore, from the ARF, too. So far, of course. This also means that the current prime minister will continue to endure and withstand just the blows from Nichole Pashinyan. Some viewers also assume that Davit Harutyunyan is also disposed against the new Prime Minister. The position of RoL party and personally Arthur Baghdasaryan will emerge very soon, and it is expected that among the parties, the very RoL party will be the major opposition for the current prime minister. In other words, very soon we will probably see the ardent Arthur Baghdasaryan, again. But, we also believe that Hovik Abrahamyan is not specifically afraid of the opposition Arthur Baghdasaryan and RoL party, otherwise after becoming prime minister, he would have created such conditions for them to keep them in the coalition. Nonetheless, it is very difficult to make a hundred percent guess what sequel the relationships between the prime minister and new-and-old opposition will have. Let’s live to see the continuation.
