General Director of the “Rossiya Segodnya” Information Agency, Russian official campaigner considered heavy artillery, Dmitry Kiselyov, was hosted at the Armenian-Russian Friendship Parliamentary Club session at the National Assembly. An interesting conversation took place between him and the RPA faction MP Hayk Babukhanyan. When the latter hinted Kiselyov that Russia should recognize the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh, Kiselyov threw out, “start from you”. Then, he changed the subject that the role of the Russian language is lost in Armenia, there are no Russian schools, and as a proof, illustrated an example that today the driver was unable to tell the bill in Russian. When we were leaving the area of the National Assembly, we saw a “Hammer” just at the stairs, which was waiting for someone. Since there was no one else at the National Assembly at 7 p.m. but the meeting participants, amongst several MPs, academics, students and journalists, also Kiselyov and “Putin” club initiator Andranik Nikoghosyan, we could only assume that the “taxi” that Kiselyov was talking about was this very “Hammer”, whose driver, in fact, seeing that we are approaching him with a recorder and camera to make sure about it, raised the tinted windows.
