SDHP hoped that the ARF and “Heritage” would leave the Quartet

June 18,2014 16:02

The Chairman of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party, Narek Galsyan, closely reading the 12-clause requirements introduced by the Quartet of the National Assembly: ANC, PAP, ARF and “Heritage”, has got the impression that these 12 clauses were written in a different location. “More specifically, in the Republic Square and in pursuance of, are given to at least two of these political forces. Anyway, if we consider the political trajectory of the two members of the same format, the ANC and PAP, then there will nothing amazing there. One gets the impression that actually the citizens of Armenia are deprived of the opportunity of having a parliamentary opposition.

And more terribly and destructive phenomenon for the country than when the opposition and the government are intertwined by this-or-that extent is simply impossible to imagine.” In the conversation with Aravot.am, Narek Galstyan said that the Hunchakian faction is deeply convinced that under the implementation of these 12 clauses, the country cannot come out of this deep systemic crisis. “The two political parties of the Quartet, the ARF and “Heritage”, are patriotic political forces, and I leave a hope that the latter, sooner or later, will leave this format to be more engaged in actual work, the potentials of which, in fact, they have”, says our interlocutor.
